Each situation is different. Even when it comes to Tampa shopping, we are completely and utterly different. Some have all the time in the world to go to a spa place, have a massage, and dine with friends. And yet he/she comes home to an empty place, devoid of family and maybe even pets.
And then, there are those who can barely have the time to take a shower or brush his/her hair. A dinner with friends is definitely a no-can-do for these people. But they come home to a family and that makes it all okay.
How do you shop? The answer depends on many factors. Can you believe that even shopping separates us from each other? A new mother who’s taking care of her infant child has no time to go to a brick-and-mortar store and pick up what she needs for herself and her household.
But someone who has no familial obligations will have all the time in the world to go to the mall, go window shopping, and fit several pairs of shoes before finding the perfect one. A stay-at-home mom? She will barely know if she has shoes on her feet.
She’s too busy feeding infants and cleaning the house and doing the laundry to focus on what she wears, which is most probably the nearest mismatched pair of shirt and pants she can pull from the drawers.
For stay-at-home parents (whether mother or father), they will prefer to do their shopping online. Whatever they need at home, whether it’s a pair of jeans or a can of corned beef or a bathroom cleanser, they will find a way to purchase those online. Do you think these stay-at-home parents like bringing their rowdy toddlers to the grocery store and watch as they run around the aisle and broke glasses everywhere?
The kind of lifestyle they lead, which is focused for now on their kids and making sure they are well-provided for and they are healthy and not kicking each other, will only allow them to do their shopping online. Thank God there are plenty of places that now offer to do your grocery shopping for you. Otherwise, how will super busy families survive?
On the other hand, those that have time to go to an actual store and fit jeans and shirts will spend more time browsing the aisle of a retail store or even the bookstore. They have no one to run after so they can take their sweet time choosing which titles to buy.
