I had one of the most enjoyable visit when I went to Walding and Associates Dental Center. When I walked into the office I was greeted with a cheerful “Good Afternoon” from the receptionist. Check in was swift and I was given a bottle of water to quench my thirst.
Soon after sitting in the waiting room, I was called to see my dental assistant MJ. She had one of the most pleasant demeanor, which immediate made what normally is an unpleasant experience, very relaxing.
Danielle, my hygienist, was very professional in her examination and explanation of procedures and billing. At no time was I pressure about addition money or treatments.
Dr. Walding, OMG, was a doll, just as cute as can be. He took his time and explained his findings. I was really impressed with his professionalism and interpersonal skills.
Charles, the patient experience specialist, was awesome as well, made me feel very welcome and made sure I received the royal treatment.
Out of all my years of dealing with dental practices, this was my best experience. I didn’t feel like I was in a cattle round up, being herded in and out. All of the staff was courtesy and knowledgeable of their positions and work well as a team.
