Over the past ten years Lakeland has grown tremendously. Between new housing communities, to all the new Lakeland Florida Shopping centers it has really started a buzz in the community. All those clothing addiction women and men are going crazy with everything Lakeland has to offer.
The newest Lakeland Florida Shopping center called, “Lakeland Park Center” is just off Interstate 4 at Highway 98 North in Lakeland. This new hot spot features 210,000 square feet of shopping. It has an oversized parking lot for those busy Black Friday Deals and a sidewalk that connects all the stores to one another. This new shopping center is adjacent to Shoppes of Lakeland on US Hwy 98 North which is very well known for their shopping and restaurants. So when you get hungry from all that back to school shopping, you can run next door for a nice meal or a quick snack.
If you’re planning a full day of Lakeland Florida Shopping and Mother Nature tries to rain on your parade don’t fret; The Lakeland Square Mall is across the street. Located at 3800 US Hwy 98 North just off Interstate 4. The Lakeland Square Mall opened in 1988 and was the main upscale shopping center for Lakeland during the 1990’s. This was the only enclosed shopping mall between Tampa and Orlando. Currently The Lakeland Square Mall is still popular; they recently added a top of the line movie theater. Inside the mall there are numerous clothing stores, an awesome food court and a play area for the little ones when they get tired of shopping. They also offer free wifi so while you are shopping you can share pictures with all of your friends, family and us here at iCitySpy!
