Attending Tampa events during the summer season is a great way to make some fantastic summer memories with your family and friends. However, everybody knows that while summer is always fun, the heat can be pretty unrelenting. When it comes to participating in activities during the summer, one of the most important things that you have to look out for are signs of dehydration, heat exhaustion, and in extreme cases, heat stroke. These are some of the most common health concerns related to summer outdoor activity.
The most common signs of dehydration include: dizziness, headache, dry mouth, lethargy, and increased thirst. If you or somebody that you’re with is showing some of these symptoms, find some shade and sit down for a bit.
