Gerry McHugh, a native of Galway, Ireland, had a unique dream for downtown Lakeland. After years of neglect and being rundown, Gerry and Molly, and their businesses became an anchor and catalyst for the revitalization of downtown Lakeland. Their passion and drive to make downtown Lakeland an entertainment and cultural destination has certainly been realized. Their work and drive has led to many other businesses to relocate and open downtown. Molly McHugh’s is proud to call downtown Lakeland home, and we hope you love and enjoy it as much as we do.
